"I recently became aware of the question of loss assessment and how it relates to condominium owners insurance and the master policy of the condominium association. I called the Robert McDougall agency that provides my homeowners and auto policies. I left a message as it was after hours. Joanne French called me the next day and after I shared with her details from the master policy, she was able to suggest changes that I could make with significant savings on our homeowners policy. Naturally I agreed, she made the changes to my policy, and I received a nice refund check a few weeks later. THAT is customer service. Thank you Joanne and Robert McDougall State Farm!"

"Oh my goodness, where to begin... By far the worst experience ever. Talk about high prices? Have a claim? Don't expect to get anywhere with this guy! Edit: this fruit said he spoke to me over 20 times.... Not the case! Must happen more frequently than I had anticipated."
